Here's a few recent photos of our quilt ministry in action. As a church, we make quilts for those who are dealing with illness or tough times in their lives. When the quilts are finished, our members pray for the person receiving the quilt as they "tie a knot" to complete the quilt.

Larry Hubbard is the coordinator of our Men on Missions group. He does a fantastic job coordinating area mission efforts for people in need. Construction, roofing, brush clearing and many other projects have been done for area seniors and families. We also have men/boys breakfasts occasionally to spend time and pray for each other as well as discussing issues facing men.
We often have special studies/events to help adults learn more from God's Word and better deal with our world today. We have participated in Josh McDowell's "Beyond Belief To Convictions" series, Rick Warren's "The Purpose Driven Life", and various Beth Moore studies just to name a few. We also do Bible Book studies.
For adults/families, we do things like couples nights out at a restaurant, movies like: "God's Not Dead" and "Courageous". We'll have a family picnic at the park and many other activities. Some events are kid friendly and some are designed for just the adults to get together. Pam Pinnegar is our Adult Ministry Coordinator.
Our senior group has taken trips to places like Gatlinburg for the Senior Jubilee, Bardstown for the "Stephen Foster Story", Shopping/Eating in Sikeston at "Lamberts Cafe" and more. There are events like banquets, fish frys and many others throughout the year. Several of our seniors also serve the community and beyond by participating in disaster relief, KY Changers, and being chaperones on youth trips.
